You will have direct input into all aspects of the business giving you real independence and job satisfaction every day! • Business Development (sales), cold calling, meetings, presentations and generating the data base with access to all industries and locations • Writing great ads to attract candidates, screening and interviewing • Selecting applicants and filling vacancies • Client Account Management, building authentic, great business relationships • Managing candidate pool and their expectations Key Skills: You will be hard working and enjoy coming to work within a team. This is NOT a hybrid or remote role. You will be comfortable working in a small team, with the ability to motivate yourself and stay focused.
