Proactive Staff are recruiting production operatives to work on a busy farm in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for staff who are looking to work a lot of hours.
Location: Nottingham
Benefits:
- Hours: 7:15am start - 8/10h shifts, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend overtime
- £12.71 per hour (£15.89 overtime)
- Translation and interpreters available for most languages, so non-English speaking staff welcome.

Role Overview: This role involves quality checking, trimming, sorting and packing fresh produce such as carrots and parsnips. This work is very physically demanding and requires staff to stand for long periods. In return, a great opportunity to earn great money in a pleasant, friendly environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Trimming and packing vegetables
- Follow food hygiene and safety rules at all times
- Work as a team, whilst having own initiative
- Ability to stand and work long hours
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a food production setting essential
- Ability to demonstrate you have worked demanding roles or worked long hours in the past
- Must be reliable and have great timekeeping and attendance
- Must be able to provide recent working references
