Job Description Job Description:\n \nOur client specialise in high-speed CNC machining of quality precision milled parts in aluminum, non-ferrous metal and plastic. Based in Stapleford Nottingham, Proactive Staff are looking for a great milling CNC machine setter to join their team.\n \nWhats in it for you / Benefits:\n \n £30K-£38.5K per annum (depending upon experience)\n \n 7:30am 16:30pm Monday Thursday, 7:30am 12:30pm Friday\n \n Immediate start\n \n Successful placements will lead to a permanent contract\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n \n Program and Setting multi axis CNC milling machines to produce components for Aerospace, rail and automotive sectors\n \n Develop and write CNC programs using G-code, M-code, or CAM software.\n \n Set machining parameters such as speeds, feeds, cutting depths, and tool paths.\n \n Optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste.\n \n Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments.\n \n Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.\n \nSkills & Experience:\n \n Previous programming experience with CNC Machines\n \n Comprehensive knowledge of Fanuc\n \n Proven track record of excellent attendance and reliability\n \n Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.\n \n Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.\n \n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n \nHow to Apply:\n \nCall Sandra at Proactive Staff, click apply or submit your CV to .
