Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound telesales calls and/or fundraising activities with clear communication skills on the phone.
- Enter information into a computer and use a script during calls.
- Participate in weekly remote training sessions conducted on Zoom.
- Complete the onboarding process including training and initial probation requirements.
Requirements
- Recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience.
- Own a Windows computer and a USB headset with a microphone; reliable broadband connection.
- Ability to work from home indefinitely and use a computer to input information.
- Good communication skills and a passion for charity work.
- Willingness to participate in telephone interviews with script-based roleplay.
Hours and Schedule
8 hour day (7 hours paid), five days a week between 12:00β20:00, Monday to Friday, including one Saturday 10:30β18:30. If you work the Saturday, you receive a day off in the week.
Pay and Targets
- Base pay: 12.35 per hour, with increases to 12.70 and then 13.05 per hour with a strong OTE commission opportunities.
- Training/Graduation Bay pay: 12.21 per hour (usually first 2 weeks, depending on performance).
- Target: 15 sign-ups per week. Hitting target adds an extra 2 per hour (on-target base rate); every sign-up beyond the minimum target is paid at 17.50 per sign-up.
