Overview

Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor. A Bristol based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires creative and passionate people to join the team. This role is work from home indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound telesales or fundraising calls with good communication on the phone.
• Input information into a computer during calls and maintain accurate records.
• Meet weekly targets for sign-ups and contribute to charitable fundraising efforts.

Requirements

• Recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience.
• Own a decent Windows computer and USB headset with a microphone; reliable broadband connection (upload > 8 Mbps, download > 25 Mbps).
• Ability to work from home, with the discipline to participate in remote training and adhere to schedule.

Location and Equipment

Role is remote from home with no need to relocate; hardware and connection requirements as specified above.

Interview and Training

• Telephone interview with a script-based roleplay.
• Weekly remote training sessions on Zoom.
• Training pay: the first 2 days of online Zoom training (14 hours) is held back until you complete 120 hours of service.

Schedule

• 8 hour day (7 hours paid), five days a week between 12:00 and 20:00, including one Saturday 10:30–18:30. If you work the Saturday, you get a day off in the following week.

Pay and Targets

• Base pay: 12.35 per hour. With consistent target achievement, rate rises to 12.70, then 13.05 with good OTE/commission opportunities. During training/graduation Bay, pay is 12.21 per hour (normally the first 2 weeks, depending on performance).
• Target: 15 sign-ups per week. If you hit 15, you earn an extra 2 per hour (on target base rate). Each sign-up beyond the minimum target is paid at 17.50 per sign-up.
