Graduate Recruitment Consultant

An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team and work from the Worle, Weston Super Mare office.

The Graduate Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant will work 9:00-18:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00-17:00 on a Friday. The role is largely in office with one or two days a week from home if desired, working from modern offices with good facilities and parking.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated and will need previous telesales experience.

The Graduate Recruitment Consultant role will involve:

  • Resourcing CVs for existing roles, including searching CV databases for specific skillsets and arranging interviews;
  • Liaising with clients and managing the candidate side;
  • Generating new business, making calls to businesses, and bringing on new requirements – so an ability to make sales is essential.

The successful candidate will be a bright and organised individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an excellent attention to detail.

The Graduate Recruitment Consultant role will start temp to perm, with weekly pay, 15-16ph + commission, 40-50k OTE + pension.
