We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Fire Door Manager to join our team in Peterborough.
Are you experienced in joinery and fire protection? Do you have extensive experience in the compliance of fire safety and installation? Role Responsibilities
A Contract Fire Door Manager plays a critical role in the fire stopping industry. As Contracts Fire Door Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning management of current and future fire door contracts.
- You will manage administration in an organised and efficient way including the completion of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and storage of safety documentation.
- Stay up to date with current health and safety legislation and requirements, escalating changes where needed and incorporating such changes into your ways of working.
- You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to articulate yourself both verbally and in writing to ensure that key information is provided and conveyed as required.
- Installation and inspection of Fire doors to ensure a good finish and compliance with safety standards.
- Planning workloads for labour and material deliveries, to ensure sufficient quantities are on site at all times.
- Quantify and price door installation.
