Telephone B2B Account Manager / Financial Services Account Manager

A Bradley Stoke legal firm is looking for a Telephone B2B Account Manager / Financial Services Account Manager to join the team.

This role can be hybrid, but will require 3 days in the office each week, so you will need to live within a commutable distance.

The role is primarily telephone-based, with virtual and webinar presentations where appropriate, mainly from the Bradley Stoke office.

The successful candidate will develop a good understanding of unregulated legal products such as Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and be proficient in explaining products and technology to support introducers and their clients.

Experience Required

  • Financial services related experience
  • Confidence in speaking to introducers over the telephone and via video calls
  • A motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic individual eager to contribute as part of a team
  • A proven track record in sales and account management
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Knowledge and contacts within the IFA or mortgage advisor industry

Attributes

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with professional introducers via telephone and video
  • Strong attention to detail in verbal and written communication to ensure data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple introducers at different stages of engagement
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and quick adaptation to new IT systems

Package

  • Annual salary of £24,000 – £32,000, depending on experience
  • Pension scheme
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Complimentary Will and End-of-Life planning
  • 30% discount for immediate family on Wills and End-of-Life planning

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship management: develop and maintain key introducer relationships to promote the company and generate client referrals
  • Use telephone and webinar platforms to promote the company\’s services
  • Communicate industry developments and marketplace insights to distributors
  • Continuously update product and marketplace knowledge
  • Maintain and update the sales database
  • Support the sales team as needed
  • Identify opportunities within the dormant introducer database
