Telephone B2B Account Manager / Financial Services Account Manager
A Bradley Stoke legal firm is looking for a Telephone B2B Account Manager / Financial Services Account Manager to join the team.
This role can be hybrid, but will require 3 days in the office each week, so you will need to live within a commutable distance.
The role is primarily telephone-based, with virtual and webinar presentations where appropriate, mainly from the Bradley Stoke office.
The successful candidate will develop a good understanding of unregulated legal products such as Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and be proficient in explaining products and technology to support introducers and their clients.
Experience Required
- Financial services related experience
- Confidence in speaking to introducers over the telephone and via video calls
- A motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic individual eager to contribute as part of a team
- A proven track record in sales and account management
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in an office environment
- Knowledge and contacts within the IFA or mortgage advisor industry
Attributes
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with professional introducers via telephone and video
- Strong attention to detail in verbal and written communication to ensure data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple introducers at different stages of engagement
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and quick adaptation to new IT systems
Package
- Annual salary of £24,000 – £32,000, depending on experience
- Pension scheme
- 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship management: develop and maintain key introducer relationships to promote the company and generate client referrals
- Use telephone and webinar platforms to promote the company\’s services
- Communicate industry developments and marketplace insights to distributors
- Continuously update product and marketplace knowledge
- Maintain and update the sales database
- Support the sales team as needed
- Identify opportunities within the dormant introducer database
