Package: Highly competitive base salary of c£130,000 to £160,000; OTE with company bonus is c£300,000 to £400,000 plus excellent benefits
Role Opportunity
Outstanding opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing transformation consultancies who are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader. As the Sales Lead, you will leverage your expertise and skillset in selling consulting and technology services to large enterprise clients, playing a key role in creating significant value and enhancing business outcomes for my client’s enterprise customers. Working closely with the Consulting and Delivery teams, your focus will be driving growth within the Energy sector.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of selling and delivering technology consulting engagements to enterprise customers, from prospecting into new clients to growing existing accounts. A track record of success and an existing network of key enterprise clients and strategic partners within the Energy sector is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying, building and developing strong relationships with new and existing enterprise clients, through well rounded prospecting and high activity sales approach.
- Nurturing relationships with my clients’ strategic partners and identify joint business opportunities.
- Identifying new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through the promotion of additional company capabilities in your client base.
- Developing and executing differentiated sales strategies to ensure the company is both delivering value for their customers and continuing to stand-out from the competition.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and negotiation to supporting growth by owning the sales strategy and staying engaged through delivery.
- Work collaboratively with consulting and delivery teams to identify client buying patterns and feed industry insights into go-to-market propositions to shape customer engagements and deliver exceptional business outcomes.
- Work with clients to ensure the company can partner in a flexible, agile manner, owning the execution of contracts, draft statements of work and proposals for new sales opportunities, including the tendering of RFI’s & RFP’s.
- Close referenceable business with key stakeholders, always focused on selling outcomes that generate significant business value.
- Accurately forecast business, always setting the right expectations internally with colleagues and externally with clients.
Key Pre-requisites
- Be able to demonstrate a track record of selling and delivering technology consulting engagements to enterprise customers within the Professional Services Sector, from prospecting into net new clients to growing existing accounts.
- Highly motivated, resilient and experienced consulting sales professional with the passion, energy and conviction to take on a new challenge.
- Excel in a fast-paced quota-driven environment.
- Process driven and follows proven best practice to achieve success.
- Existing network within target enterprise customers and strategic partners within the Professional Services Sector.
- Energy / Utilities sector experience is highly advantageous.
