Our client based in Newhouse is currently looking to recruit a Yard Operative. The role is initially on a temporary, ongoing basis but may become permanent for the right candidate after a qualifying period.
Duties
- General cleaning of the site, including brushing, shovelling, and cleaning platforms, towers, floors, etc.
- The client will provide any additional training required on specialist machinery.
Hours
- Mon to Fri – 07:00 to 16:00 (with the option of overtime, i.e., can work 06:00 to 18:00).
Location & Transport
- Due to the hours and location of the position, candidates must live locally or have their own transport.
Pay
- £12.93 per hour.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a recycling centre is advantageous but not essential.
