We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Motherwell and provide essential administrative support to our recruitment operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is organised, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Full training will be provided, so previous recruitment experience is not essential.

You will work closely with the recruitment team, helping to ensure that candidates and clients receive a professional and efficient service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Assisting with candidate registration and maintaining accurate records
  • Uploading and updating candidate information on our systems
  • Arranging interviews and appointments
  • Contacting candidates by telephone, email and message
  • Preparing documents and completing general office administration
  • Assisting with job adverts and candidate searches
  • Following up with candidates and keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records
  • Supporting the team with general recruitment duties as required
