Duty Manager – Leading One-Stop Destination Venue
Location: London
I’m currently working with a leading one-stop destination venue who are looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK’s most exciting hospitality concepts, where energy, creativity, and guest experience are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site, supporting the General Manager in leading operations and driving standards. You’ll inspire and coach a passionate team, ensuring every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing site operations and ensuring smooth, high-energy shifts.
- Leading, training, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Driving sales through upselling and maximise spend per head.
- Managing stock control, compliance, and supplier relations.
- Supporting the GM with financial and operational targets.
- Acting as a role model for inclusivity, respect, and high performance.
The Person
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous management experience in hospitality or retail (high-volume background is needed).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
