Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a time-served Quality Inspector to start work for our client based in Chorley on a permanent basis.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Utilise specialised measurement tools and visual inspection techniques to detect defects or inconsistencies.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability purposes.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures and standards, including HACCP protocols where applicable.
- Participate in internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory bodies or clients.
