• Temporarytopermanentrole
• Centrelatheturnermanufacturingcarbon&stainless-steelflangesusingconventionallathes(notCNC).
• Tolerancesarenotcloseasin+/-0.10mmbutwiderupto+/-1mm.
• Nosinglepointthreadcuttingexperiencerequired.
• Mainoperationsareface,edgeandboringofprofiledcarbonsteelblanks
• Settingandoperatingarangeofradialdrillsfrom36to10capacity.
• MustbeconversantwiththesettingofPitchCircleDiameters(PCD),forflangedrillingandtapping,usingarotarytable.
• Mustbeabletosetandoperatewithminimumofsupervision,thereforemustbeexperiencedinsettingbothfeedsandspeedsofradialdrills.
