Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a CNC Milling programmer / setter / operator for our client based in the Wolverhampton area.
Requirements:
- To be considered for this role, you must be a competent CNC programmer on Milling machines.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all components are manufactured in accordance with company practices and quality procedures.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
- Maximising material utilisation and minimising waste or damage.
- Strong familiarity with machining a variety of materials within a precision engineering environment.
- Online programming, setting and operating for CNC Milling machines.
- Understanding cutting patterns to utilise stock efficiently.
- Always maintain health and safety.
- Updating computer‑based stock system regularly.
- Supporting with training and upskilling other operatives.
Compensation:
£17.00 – £20.00 per hour – 39 hours per week
