Proactive Personnel Warrington are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our established office the town centre What Youll be Doing: Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team Proactive in developing new business daily Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face Managing key accounts Full accountability for your own sales Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am 5pm (1 hour lunch) What Youll Need to Succeed: Ability to build and develop business relationships A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field A full UK driving licence What Youll Receive in Return: A competitive basic salary DOE Excellent commission structure temporary & permanent Annual bonuses and incentives Company car allowance (Depending upon level of experience) Fully-funded study towards further qualifications Luxury prizes to be won, as well as team charity events and other sales incentives Health Plan, Perkbox, increased holiday for long service and birthday off TPBN1_UKTJ
