Duties

- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers proactively.
- Manage daily interactions with followers by responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Experience within Video Editing would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and clear content.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual and written content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social is preferred.
