Sales Administrator Permanent 8am - 5pm Shrewsbury Β£30,000 per annum Overview My client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Administrator to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and efficient management of sales processes. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will help drive our business forward, providing outstanding support to our sales professionals and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, leads, and client interactions Prepare and maintain sales reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to analyze performance metrics and present data clearly Coordinate with internal teams to process orders, quotations, and invoicing accurately Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation in Microsoft Word, and managing calendars via Microsoft Outlook Handle customer inquiries promptly through phone or email, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client needs are met efficiently Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure easy access to sales records and correspondence Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals that effectively communicate product benefits and solutions to clients Qualifications Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software is essential Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new IT systems and tools Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous Attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
