Duties and Experience: Private Client Solicitor – Wills, Trust and Probate * Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate planning documents. * Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters with efficiency and professionalism. * Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management strategies. * Negotiating terms and agreements with clients and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes. * Providing clear legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ongoing business. * Must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, or qualified by extensive proven experience. * Must have experience in private client law, including wills, trusts and estate planning.
