Proactive Personnel are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established team at our Wolverhampton office. If you’re driven to succeed, passionate about people and money-motivated then we would love to discuss the exciting opportunities available with Proactive that can shape the future of your career! What You’ll be Doing:

  • Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team.
  • Proactive in developing new business DAILY.
  • Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face.
  • Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk.
  • Managing key accounts.
  • Full accountability for your own sales.
  • Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch).

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Ability to build and develop business relationships.
  • This role is HEAVILY sales based – Cold Calling clients and pursuing active leads.
  • A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach.
  • Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field.
