Proactive Personnel are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established team at our Wolverhampton office. What You’ll be Doing:
- Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team.
- Proactive in developing new business DAILY.
- Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face.
- Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk.
- Managing key accounts.
- Full accountability for your own sales.
- Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch).
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Ability to build and develop business relationships.
- This role is HEAVILY sales based – Cold Calling clients and pursuing active leads.
- A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach.
- Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field.
