Managing all aspects of handling & despatching stock with accuracy.

Working closely with other e-Commerce teams including Amazon lead & managers & communicating with warehouse managers.

Controlling sickness/absences.

Co-ordinating & prioritising activities across all shifts.

Maintain all internal & customer standards, ensuring all customer service requests are fulfilled.

Maintaining stock integrity.

Maintain standards of expectation and lead by example.

Be pro-active in identifying problems & encourage employee participation.

Planning & monitoring of staff training.

Manage housekeeping of the WMS system.
-
Ensure comprehensive & accurate handover at the end of each day/shift.

Excellent organisational, communication & leadership skills.

Objective setting & managing departments with the ability to achieve targets.

Excellent problem solving skills & attention to detail.

Ability to communicate to staff honestly & confidentially in difficult situations.

Sound operational knowledge.

Friday to Monday (Weekend) – 30 hours or 38 hours (exact hours to be agreed)
Pay Rate
