Temporary Position – 3 to 6 Months
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Office Administrator to join a busy warehouse team on a temporary basis for 3–6 months. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience who is organised, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and archiving documents
- Assist with order processing and producing Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Communicate with HGV drivers and book wagons in on arrival
- Support the warehouse operation with day-to-day office tasks
Requirements
- Previous administration experience preferred, ideally within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments (although not essential)
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
As you become more familiar with the role, additional responsibilities will be introduced, including processing outgoing orders and supporting wider warehouse operations.
