Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Liverpool. Role Overview: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in both candidate management and business development. This is a varied and people-focused role where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: * Sourcing and matching candidates to client vacancies using our in-house CRM system * Interviewing candidates face-to-face and via video platforms. * Conducting outbound business development calls to potential new clients. * Managing existing client relationships and expanding accounts. * Handling the full recruitment process from job briefing to candidate placement.
