Proactive Personnel are looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Telford. If you’re driven to succeed, passionate about recruitment and money-motivated then we would love to discuss the exciting opportunities available with Proactive that can shape the future of your career! What You’ll be Doing:
- Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team.
- Proactive in developing new business daily.
- Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face.
- Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk.
- Managing key accounts.
- Full accountability for your own sales.
- Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch).

- A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach.
