We are recruiting for a Reach Driver to work in Halesfield, Telford. You will be working with computer parts in a very clean and good environment for a prestigious company with long-term options available. Immediate start.
As a Reach driver you will need to have:
- Valid Reach forklift truck license
- Previous warehouse experience, picking, stock taking
- Previous experience in stock take/stock control
- Experience of using hand-held scanners
- Previous experience of working in the manufacturing/distribution environment
- Experience in working towards targets and prioritising workload
- Computer skills (Excel/Word)
- Keen eye for detail as the role is not about speed, but accuracy and quality of work
Details:
- Rate of Pay: £15.52 per Hour
- Paid breaks
- Working Hours are 6am – 1:45 pm and 2:15pm – 10 pm Monday to Friday
Location: Halesfield, Telford
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
- Working within the warehouse department with high-value stock
- Managing stock levels through stock counts
- Maintaining stock accuracy
- Carrying out stock investigations
- Checking orders pre-production, unpacking and preparing for production
- Completion of paperwork
- Using hand-held scanners
- Working on internal warehouse systems and with Microsoft tools such as Excel
