Overview
Hours of work: Mon-Thu 08.00 – 16.30 Fri 08.00 – 15.30. 20 mins lunch
26 days holiday, rising after 3,5 & 10 years.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience
Must have experience in fasteners, dealing with the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries
The ability to interpret customer requirements at enquiry stage.
A good, basic Engineering knowledge
Able to Estimate customer jobs to include BOM and best manufacturing route. This may include the possibility of sourcing the component complete from an alternative supplier
Load customers order and build job using most efficient route from the customers purchase order
If required, purchase any materials needed for the job
General Housekeeping
Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Expectation to work outside of normal hours to complete own tasks if necessary,
The willingness be involved in other areas of the business as required
Excellent attention to detail
Must be Computer literate, with knowledge of Word & Excel
