We are currently working with a number of well-established engineering and manufacturing companies who are looking to recruit CNC Machinists of all levels, including Operators, Setters, and Programmers, across a variety of roles and locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in CNC Milling, CNC Turning, or Manual Lathes who are looking to further their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Whether your background is operating machinery, setting tools and offsets, or full offline/online programming, we would be keen to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating, setting, and/or programming CNC machinery
  • Working with CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, or Manual Lathes
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Producing precision components to tight tolerances
  • Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
  • Working to production targets and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a machining or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in either CNC Milling, CNC Turning, or Manual Machining
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards
  • Experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attitude

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Mazatrol controls
  • CNC programming experience advantageous
  • Apprentice trained or engineering qualification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
