Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Office-based)

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established Industrial Department based in Cannock. No previous recruitment experience is required; we provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for career development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sales, customer service, or a role involving people interaction who is looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.

The Role:

  • Full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.
  • Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B).
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts.
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles including but not limited to warehouse operatives, production operatives, picking and packing roles, FLT Drivers and many more.
  • Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews.
  • Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed.
  • Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar people-focused role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, outgoing, and professional approach.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry.
  • Full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive.
