We are seeking a professional and reliable Class 2 Driver to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 2 lorries and other commercial vehicles in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo ensuring it is transported securely to minimise damage or loss.
- Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules whilst adhering to traffic laws and safety standards.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after journeys, reporting any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules or any unforeseen delays.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times during operations.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Delivery driver experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with route planning and customer service.
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and compliance standards for commercial vehicles.
- Ability to operate flatbeds safely and securely load/unload cargo as required.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under tight schedules.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
