We are recruiting for a new outbound lead generation campaign starting at the end of June, expected to run for approximately 5–6 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for confident communicators who are fluent in either Polish or Spanish and enjoy speaking with businesses and building relationships over the phone.
The Role
You will be contacting manufacturing and production companies to gather information regarding their current production of labels and/or cartons. Following these conversations, you will aim to arrange a short introductory call for the client with the goal of generating potential sales opportunities. This is a lead generation focused role, so we are looking for candidates who are confident, engaging, and naturally “salesy” in their approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to manufacturing and production businesses
- Gathering information relating to current label/carton production
- Building rapport with business contacts
- Booking introductory calls for the client’s sales team
- Accurately recording information gathered during calls
Requirements
- Fluent in either Polish or Spanish
- Strong English communication skills (required for training and internal communication)
- Previous telesales, lead generation, customer service, or call centre experience preferred
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Working Hours
- 3 x 5-hour shifts per week
- Temporary campaign lasting approximately 5–6 weeks
