Sales Parts Advisor

Overview

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor for our client based in Burton on Trent.

This role requires experience in a parts environment and motor factor sales experience would be highly advantageous.

You will be required to work 45 hours per week (8.5 hours per day) with alternate Saturdays. Hours worked are between 07:30 – 18:00.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure products supplied are 100% correct
• You will offer high quality customer service
• Be an excellent communicator and be willing to discuss offers / promotions with the customer network. This could be external communications.
• Work closely with the logistics department to provide accurate customer updates.
• Be based in the branch in Burton on Trent
• Consistently promote and work to company standards and ethos.

Ideal / Qualifications

• Have motor factor sales experience
• Have excellent computer skills
• Be well presented and professional at all times
• Have experience in MAM software (or similar) – this would be advantageous.
• Have experience in delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary

You can expect to earn between £26750 – £28500.

To achieve the higher rate of pay, you must have motor factor sales experience.

Contract

This is a permanent role with an immediate start available.
