Job Description

Job Role / Purpose:\\n\\n• Answering incoming sales enquiries\\n\\n• Monitor and respond to customer emails\\n\\n• Generate customer quotations & progress orders dependent upon customer requirements\\n\\n• Sales order processing & works order package generation\\n\\n• Purchase order processing of stock items\\n\\n• Maintain a high level of customer service\\n\\n• Maintain and develop ongoing current and potential customer relationships\\n\\nEssential Requirements:\\n\\n• Have competent Maths & English skills\\n\\n• Engineering / manufacturing background experience\\n\\n• Be computer literate with experience with Excel, Word & Outlook etc\\n\\n• Have good attention to detail\\n\\n• Possess a pleasant & confident manner in communicating via telephone & e mail\\n\\n• Be able to multitask with minimum supervision in a busy sales office environment.\\n\\n• Be able to work as part of a team, liaising with different departments such as manufacturing, warehouse, and accounts.\\n\\nDesirable:\\n\\n• Experience in SAGE 200 operating systems\\n\\n• Knowledge of flange or pipework products\\n\\nHours of Work:\\n\\n• 8.30am – 17.00pm – Monday – Thursday // 8.30am – 16.30pm – Friday
