We are currently recruiting for experienced CNC Machinists to join a well-established and growing precision engineering company.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled CNC professionals looking for a long-term, permanent position within a modern machining environment working on a wide variety of precision-engineered components.
We are keen to speak with candidates from a range of machining backgrounds including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Programmer/Setter/Operators, Setter/Operators and experienced Operators looking to develop their skills.
Responsibilities
- Setting and operating CNC machines
- Programming or editing programmes where applicable
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Producing high-quality precision components
- Using measuring equipment to inspect finished parts
- Working to tight tolerances
- Maintaining excellent quality and safety standards
Experience Required
- We are interested in candidates with experience in any of the following:
- CNC Milling
- CNC Turning
- CNC Programming
- Setting and Operating CNC machinery
- Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls (or similar)
- Manual inspection using micrometers, verniers and gauges
- Manufacturing or precision engineering environments
Experience machining a variety of materials would be advantageous but is not essential.
