We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production MIG Welder to join our clients manufacturing team based in Telford TF3.

Fixed shifts:

  • Days 0600 – 1800 (£13.50ph)
  • Nights 1800 – 0600 (£14.50ph)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding on various metals, ensuring strong and clean welds that meet quality standards.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Inspect finished welds and assemblies for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.

Experience:

  • Proven experience with Production MIG welding in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with welding techniques and standards (or relevant regional standards).
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and basic math for measurements and calculations.
