Proactive Personnel are currently looking for Production Operatives to start work in Preston, PR2.

Duties include:

  • Measure, grade and feed batches of raw materials into production machinery/process
  • Operate production line equipment such as conveyor line, hoists, airlines
  • Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks
  • Adjust machine controls and monitor the production process and outputs
  • Manufacture goods on a production line
  • Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machinery
  • Report equipment faults to maintenance staff

Requirements:

  • Previous Production/Manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work across multiple areas of the production process
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Able to work on own initiative when necessary

The hours of work are on a weekly rotating shift pattern: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00/22:00-06:00.

Pay is £15.50 an hour. Temp-perm placement for the right candidate.
