Proactive Personnel are seeking a Paint Sprayer/Powder Coater to join their client’s team in Chester.
Role Purpose:
To work within a small, busy manufacturing team finishing manufactured parts/products by applying high quality spray painted and/or powder coated finishes and supporting other manufacturing activities on request.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for efficient completion of batches of spray painting and powder coating on parts and manufactured items
- Prepares parts/products where required via masking and de-masking reporting any identified defects in parts/products
- Prepares the spray paint booth and powder coating bay to set instructions in a safe, clean and organised manner on a daily basis
- Applies paint / powder coating to parts/products to a high standard
- Completes documented pre and post-use and routine maintenance checks on equipment in work areas
