Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm – 30 minutes for lunch – Office based
Salary: From £50,000 per annum – Negotiable depending on experience
Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting a Qualified Accountant, on behalf of a well-established agricultural business based in Oswestry. Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Oversee a small finance team
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Work closely with department heads to provide financial insight and guidance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement across finance operations
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a desire to develop and take on senior responsibilities
- Hard-working and eager to grow within a business
