Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager on behalf of our client based in Salford who are a well established kosher supermarket. You will be responsible for overseeing and running the day to day operations of a successful supermarket.

Duties will include:

  • Managing shop floor and driving staff
  • Check ins with staff
  • Reporting and completing data spreadsheets
  • Putting ideas forward to improve the business

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to make a real difference to the business. Experience in supermarket operations is not essential. The successful applicant must be a people person, have strong organisational and operational skills and be switched on.
