Key Responsibilities As Site Contracts Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting field-based teams across multiple sites. * Monitoring work quality and maintaining operational standards. * Providing practical guidance, coaching and on-site support. * Delivering toolbox talks, inductions and ongoing training. * Carrying out site inspections and compliance checks. * Assisting with mobilisation of new contracts and service rollouts. * Preparing and reviewing RAMS and other operational documentation. * Coordinating equipment, vehicles and operational resources. * Responding to short-notice operational requirements when needed. * Completing reports, audits and photographic records. * Leading regular team briefings and performance discussions. About You We're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and leading by example. You'll ideally have: * Experience supervising operational or field-based teams * An appreciation for the purpose behind operational procedures * Strong organisational and communication skills. * A proactive, solutions-focused attitude. * Confidence making decisions independently. * Excellent attention to detail. * A flexible approach to working hours and nationwide travel. * A full UK driving licence. * A CSCS card before commencing employment. * IPAF and PASMA qualifications are advantageous but not essential. * Experience within industrial services, construction, facilities management or a similar environment. Working Environment This is an active role suited to someone who prefers being out on-site rather than behind a desk. The position involves: * Manual handling of specialist equipment. * Working outdoors and within commercial environments. * Regular travel throughout the UK. * Early starts and occasional late finishes depending on operational requirements. Applicants should be comfortable carrying out physically demanding work when supporting operational teams.
