The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join a busy and growing business based in Monmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career within compliance, regulatory administration, customs, supply chain, or business operations.
Working closely with the Compliance team, you will provide administrative support across a broad range of compliance and regulatory activities, ensuring documentation, records and project tracking are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a proactive approach who is keen to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for compliance and regulatory activities.
- Support product packaging compliance administration.
- Assist with the preparation, maintenance and organisation of compliance documentation.
- Gather information and documentation from suppliers to support compliance requirements.
- Ensure all records and documentation are accurately filed and maintained.
- Create and manage project trackers, action logs and progress reports.
- Liaise with internal departments to obtain information required for compliance activities.
- Prepare reports, summaries and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Operations and other business functions.
- Support ongoing compliance projects and undertake other reasonable duties as required.

Essential
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach to following up actions and resolving outstanding issues.
- Strong administrative and record-keeping capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
Desirable
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience working within a compliance, customs, regulatory, supply chain or operational environment.
- Experience maintaining documentation and project tracking systems.
Previous compliance experience is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
