Marketing Executive to support the growth of our recruitment agency by boosting brand visibility, generating leads, and driving candidate attraction.
This role focuses heavily on social media strategy, digital content creation, website and branding management, SEO optimisation, and promoting our services and job vacancies to the widest possible audience.
The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and able to balance both strategic and hands-on marketing activities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms (e. g., Linked In, Facebook, Website, Advertising Platforms)
- Create engaging digital content to promote job vacancies, company updates, client wins, and industry insights.
- Implement social media campaigns aimed at increasing candidate registrations and new client enquiries.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Support the sales team by marketing our recruitment services to potential clients through digital channels and networking initiatives.
- Create targeted campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.
- Produce marketing collateral to support business development activities, including brochures, service outlines, and promotional materials.
- Job Advertising & Landing Pages
- Build and maintain job-specific landing pages for our website and job boards to maximise candidate attraction.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure job content is accurate, appealing, and SEO-friendly.
- Website & Intranet Management
- Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with the brand.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Manage updates to the company intranet, ensuring internal communication materials and resources are up to date.
- Brand & Reputation Management
- Ensure consistent use of company branding across all internal and external communications.
- Develop new branded assets, templates, and visuals for use across the business.
- Coordinate online reputation activities, including encouraging and managing Google Reviews.
- SEO & Analytics
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking, drive organic traffic, and increase candidate applications.
- Research keywords and optimise content for better searchability.
- Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms, providing regular reports and insights.
- Build online communities and engagement groups to increase visibility and referrals.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Marketing is ESSENTIAL
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
- Proficient in CMS platforms (e. g., Word Press), SEO tools, and graphic design software (e. g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
