The Role:
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.
- Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B).
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts.
- Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews.
- Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed.
- Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment.
Requirements:
