We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established Manchester branch. No previous recruitment experience is required – we provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for career development. The Role:

  • As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.
  • Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B).
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts.
  • Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews.
  • Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed.
  • Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar people-focused role is highly desirable.
