Job Description Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Daventry Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00 (40 hours per week)An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business operating within a fast-paced production environment.
Working as part of a close-knit engineering team, you will play a key role in maintaining production equipment, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring high levels of operational reliability across the site.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment.
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Work collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
Provide support and cover across shifts when required during holiday periods or business needs.
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: A recognised engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship.17th or 18th Edition electrical qualification.
Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills.
Previous experience within a manufacturing, food production, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar production environment.
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
