Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled (electrically baised) Maintenance Engineer for our client based in Rugeley.
This is a contract role - 25.00 - 30.00 per hour.
There is the possibility of a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
Monday - Friday working AM shift You will be required to facilitate all engineering activities associated with maintaining a 24hrs manufacturing plant, to provide breakdown repairs, health and safety improvements and deliver projects to improve plant performance and efficiency.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: To maintain and support Health To respond to breakdowns and maintain / repair plant and equipment within the required time scale Supply routine breakdown and engineering project status information to engineering team Leader To request additional support for timely repairs from day shift and contract engineers To ensure engineering interventions meet the required standards and best practice Carry out investigations into problems or production development initiatives, individually or as a member of a project team.
