We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager/Director to oversee and lead our clients DRYLINING Division. Work location: Primarily London, with approximately 10% of projects in the Home Counties.
Responsible for:
- Leading the operations function of our drylining division.
- Managing complex projects, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
CANDIDATES APPLYING MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DRYLINING.
Duties:
- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts related to construction projects and other organisational initiatives.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts from inception through to completion, ensuring all terms are met and risks are mitigated.
- Manage a team of contract specialists and coordinate with project managers, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with organisational goals and compliance standards.
- Monitor contractual performance, resolve disputes, and manage amendments or modifications as necessary.
- Utilise project management tools such as Microsoft Project to plan, track, and report on contractual milestones.
- Ensure all contractual documentation is accurate, organised, and stored securely using Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and specialised contract management software.
- Conduct regular reviews of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and organisational policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in contract processes through effective management practices and utilisation of IT systems.
Salary is £80,000 - £95,000 per annum.
