We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver - Reach is essential and Counter Balance is optional to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious individual looking for a long-term role with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Reach Forklift Trucks and potentially Counterbalance Trucks
- Load and unload vehicles in line with operational requirements
- Accurately move, store, and locate stock throughout the warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
- Valid Counter Balance Licence (Optional)
- Previous experience operating FLT equipment in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
- DBS clean check required
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
Shift Pattern:
- 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
- 12-hour day and night shifts (£13.45 days / £13.95 nights)
- Weekend working required as part of the shift rotation
