Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Nights Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Perform general site maintenance and clean-up duties to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, following safety protocols at all times.
  • Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance where necessary.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Operating a laser cutting sheet metal (experience is advantageous)
  • Operating a over head crane (experience is advantageous)

Skills

  • Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks effectively
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately
