We are currently recruiting FLT - Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, a successful and growing company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.

The role will involve a combination of Forklift Truck (FLT) operations and general warehouse duties within a busy warehouse environment.

  • 07:00 – 15:00
  • 15:00 – 23:00
  • Additional shift pattern once fully trained

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including stock movement, deliveries, and general warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

FLT Duties

  • Safely operate forklift equipment for loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Move and store stock efficiently within the warehouse.
  • Support warehouse operations with stock handling and material movement.

Warehouse Duties

  • Receive and process incoming deliveries.
  • Complete stock checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Use warehouse systems to update stock and workflow information.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.
  • Carry out general warehouse tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Valid FLT licence (essential).
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
