We are currently recruiting FLT - Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, a successful and growing company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
The role will involve a combination of Forklift Truck (FLT) operations and general warehouse duties within a busy warehouse environment.
- 07:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 23:00
- Additional shift pattern once fully trained
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including stock movement, deliveries, and general warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
FLT Duties
- Safely operate forklift equipment for loading and unloading deliveries.
- Move and store stock efficiently within the warehouse.
- Support warehouse operations with stock handling and material movement.
Warehouse Duties
- Receive and process incoming deliveries.
- Complete stock checks and maintain accurate records.
- Use warehouse systems to update stock and workflow information.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.
- Carry out general warehouse tasks as required.
Requirements
- Valid FLT licence (essential).
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach to work.
