Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a experienced Quality Control Operative to join our clients team based in the Ilkeston/Eastwood area.

To be considered for this role, you must have some experience in a previous quality role in the food production environment if possible.

Although full training will be provided, a background in a similar environment is needed.

This is a role where you will be required to spend long period of time on your feet and will require lifting (up to 16kg).

You will be required to

  • MUST HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY CONTROL FOOD PRODUCTION ENVIORNMENT
  • Check all work is produced to company quality standards.
  • Complete hourly quality checks for all production lines
  • Check metal detectors are working correctly on a regular basis
  • Check product weights
  • Check defects

You will also be required to update computer systems on a regular basis and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

This is a permanent role with the client from day 1.

Hours are 07:00 – 15:25 Mon – Thurs, 07:00 – 14:15 – Friday
