Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 driver for our client based in Stoke on Trent.

Hours: 7am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various destinations
  • Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation

Requirements:

  • Valid, in date CPC & Tacho Card
  • No more than 6 points
  • Reliability and Punctuality
  • Flexibility where required
  • Physically fit, some jobs may require handball
  • Strong communication – both with customers and transport managers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends
